Jeffrey W. Stover
Jeff Stover was born in Indiana, Pennsylvania, on February 11, 1957. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1979 with a degree in accounting, followed by graduation from the Dickinson School of Law in 1982 and admission to the Bar of Pennsylvania in the same year.
